Olly was a very special little boy whom we all loved lots.

We will always miss him and not a day goes by when we don't think about him. He will never be out of our thoughts. Most of all we are here for Avril, Brad, our Special Emma and adorable Joshua.

Rest in peace and sleep well Olly

My enduring memory of Oliver will be of Sports day this summer, seeing him run all the way down the school field, cheered on by everyone. You must have been so proud of him.

Oliver never gave up, he soldiered on no matter what life threw at him. He had a tough life but coped so bravely with it all and took an active part in everything whenever he was well enough to do so.

The other children at Epping Upland will not forget him or his courage in the face of trials more severe than many of them will ever have to face - his may have been a brief lifespan but one which made a difference and will not be forgotten.

With love, Penny, James, Andy & Solomon.

My lingering memory of Oliver was of a boy eager to get on with life - with a mischievous glint in his eye. His bravery and curt "matter of fact" approach to his situation was certainly an inspiration to others and humbling experience to me.

I have many memories of Oliver and am so grateful to him for sharing his courage and strength with us. His cheeky smile - always so wonderful to see. He was a remarkable child, who was extremely lucky to have such dedicated, committed parents. He knew how special he was to you. He knew how very much you loved him.

It was Friday's "show and tell" Oliver stood up, his dark lashes framing his excited eyes, to tell the upturned faces of the children about a fabulous trip he had taken up to London in a stretch limousine to see a West end show. His gentle mouth broke into a broad grin as Kelsey and William questioned him about the interior of the Limousine !

You worked so hard to make Oliver's life cherished and fulfilled; he could not have had more loving a family
