Oliver's school report - year 1 pupil

at Epping Upland CEP school

Oliver has coped very well in school considering the issues that surround his illness. When he is able to come to school, he appears to do so happily, and enjoys the familiar routines associated with it. He approaches tasks positively and usually gives of his best. Oliver obviously has his own concerns and anxieties and this understandably can on occasions preoccupy him. He is a very popular child, who is well liked. Despite his own problems, he cares about others and his friends are important to him. He is tolerant and understanding when children question him about his illness, which shows maturity. Oliver is a courageous and affectionate child who deserves full credit for all he has achieved. I have thoroughly enjoyed teaching him.
